“Strategy without
tactics is the slowest
route to victory, tactics
without strategy is the
noise before defeat”

MILITARY STRATEGIST

Strategic planning is the process of defining strategy, making decisions on allocating resources to pursue this strategy, and agreeing control mechanisms for guiding the implementation of the strategy.

Sounds simple. Yet many organisations either don’t have a properly thought through strategy, or see their strategy as second priority after day to day activities, or don’t commit the necessary resources to implement their strategy. Not surprisingly more often than not these organisations fall short of realising their potential.

Healthpartners supports with strategic planning, whether it be a first time plan or update of a previous plan. We also help embed implementation initiatives to ensure clients can go on to realise their full potential.
